The Italian Film Festival is presented every year by the Embassy of Italy in Singapore in collaboration with Singapore Film Society to promote Italian cinematographic culture in South East Asia. Nine films were chosen among the new releases such as Immensity by Emanuele Crialese, Margins by Niccolò Falsetti, New Paradise Cinema by Giuseppe Tornatore, Salvatore: Shoemaker of Dreams by Luca Guadagnino, Strangeness by Roberto Andò, The Eight Mountains by Felix van Groeningen, The first day of my life by Paolo Genovese, The good, the bad and the ugly by Sergio Leone, The Hummingbird by Francesca Archibugi and two masterpiece from Italian classics “The good, the ugly and the bad” by Sergio Leone and Nuovo Cinema Paradiso (restored version) by Giuseppe Tornatore.
